Objective of the Game
The goal of Page One is to be the first player to get rid of all their cards. Players take turns playing cards from their hand, trying to match the rank or suit of the card on top of the discard pile. If a player can't play a card, they must draw from the deck until they can. The first player to empty their hand wins the game.

Page One is played with a standard deck of 52 playing cards. Jokers are not used in this game.

How To Play Page One
- Shuffle the deck and deal seven cards to each player. Place the remaining cards face down in a draw pile.
- Turn over the top card of the draw pile and place it face up next to the draw pile to start the discard pile.
- The player to the left of the dealer goes first. They must play a card that matches the rank or suit of the card on top of the discard pile. If they can't play a card, they must draw from the draw pile until they can.
- Play continues clockwise around the table. Each player must play a card that matches the rank or suit of the card on top of the discard pile. If they can't play a card, they must draw from the draw pile until they can.
- If a player plays an Ace, the next player must play a card of the same suit. If they can't, they must draw from the draw pile until they can.
- If a player plays a Two, the next player must draw two cards from the draw pile and skip their turn.
- If a player plays a Three, the next player must draw three cards from the draw pile and skip their turn.
- If a player plays a Four, the next player must draw four cards from the draw pile and skip their turn.
- If a player plays a Five, the next player must draw five cards from the draw pile and skip their turn.
- If a player plays a Six, the next player must draw six cards from the draw pile and skip their turn.
- If a player plays a Seven, the next player must discard a card of the same suit or rank. If they can't, they must draw from the draw pile until they can.
- If a player plays an Eight, the next player must skip their turn.
- If a player plays a Nine, the direction of play reverses.
- If a player plays a Ten, the discard pile is removed from the game and play continues with the next player.
- If a player plays a Jack, they can choose any suit for the next player to play.
- If a player plays a Queen, the next player must play a card of the same suit or draw from the draw pile until they can.
- If a player plays a King, the next player must play a card of the same rank or draw from the draw pile until they can.
- The first player to get rid of all their cards wins the game.
Keeping Score
In Page One, there is no official scoring system. Players can choose to keep track of how many rounds they win or play for fun without keeping score.
